We begin with a pre consultation, giving us time to understand how you're feeling, what sound works for you and what you'd like to explore. We use a combination of Himalayan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes, crystal pyramid, voice and ambient synthesis, designed to encourage deep relaxation, quiet the senses and create your perfect sonic space for reflection and restoration.

 

Afterwards, your experience closes gently with time to ground and integrate with a premium herbal tea.

 

Available for individuals, couples and small groups of up to 3 for 60 or 90 minutes.
