about
Sarl Sound Healing was born from a love of music and a desire to build nourishing spaces. We’re passionate about sound, and the incredible influence it has on us. It is our lifelong specialist subject, and we understand it musically, technically and scientifically. We are:
Our approach is influenced by years of work blending binaural/monaural beats, wellness music and neuroscience. With backgrounds in music, audio engineering, performing arts and hospitality, our sessions are designed with compassion, technical expertise and musicality.
We recognise that sound has ancient roots that span many different cultures, and we put a lot of thought and care into our choice of instruments, teachings and our connection to them.
Having navigated chronic pain, anxiety and burnout in our own lives, as well as being neurodivergent, we've experienced personally the therapeutic effects that sound healing can have on our body, mind and spirit.
When other social or wellness spaces feel like too much, we offer a place to slow down through sound, and come back to yourself at your own pace.
Whether you’re experiencing burnout, anxiety, or simply in need of space to recharge, you’re welcome here.
