About the event
Take a little time for yourself as the year draws towards its darkest days and come into the warmth of the Sarl Sanctuary for a semi-private sound experience, focussed on the resonance of the gong.
With just four guests, this is a chance to experience sound therapy in an intimate setting, with time for individual attention, a mini vibro-acoustic massage and a slow return to the world afterwards with some festive treats!
Atmosphere is very important to us at Ssh, so we'll set you up with a velvet cloud mattress, blanket and an eye mask to get cosy, surrounded by soft, vibey lighting and gentle scents. Over 75 minutes we'll explore the rich, shifting sounds of our symphonic gong, from delicate, shimmering tones to deep waves of resonance designed to guide you into a deep state of rest.
Then we'll share some delicious festive treats together, accompanied by a playlist…
