About the event
A 90-minute session combining wood-fired sauna, cold plunge and an immersive sound bath in nature. A full sensory reset for the mind, body and spirit.
Combining sauna and sound therapy deepens their individual effects, encouraging enhanced relaxation and a heightened sense of presence. We work with the seasons and weather to create the perfect ritual for the day, meaning each session is slightly different. But always includes:
