This 90-minute session pairs the heat of the wood-fired sauna with an immersive sound bath in nature. A full sensory retreat that restores the mind, body and spirit.
Bringing these modalities together deepens their individual effects, encouraging deep relaxation and a heightened sense of presence.
Now that summer is here, we're making a few seasonal changes to help you stay comfortable and get the most from the experience:
Bring a mat, blanket and sleeping bag, and enjoy the sound bath lying beneath the trees in the glade. We're excited to introduce this element, creating a more comfortable space to relax during the sound journey.
With the hot weather, we're also adapting our usual structure. Fancy a little less sauna and a little more sound in nature? On particularly warm days, we'll shape the session around the conditions to create the best possible experience.
