This 90-minute session pairs a wood-fired sauna, cold plunge and immersive sound bath in nature. A full sensory retreat designed to restore mind, body and spirit.
We're making a few seasonal changes to make the most of the summer months. If the weather is hot, we'll begin with an extended sound bath in the glade before heading to the main area to enjoy the sauna, cold plunge and shower.
Combining sauna and sound therapy enhances their individual effects, encouraging deep relaxation and a greater sense of presence.
The sound bath helps quiet the noise of everyday life, creating a chance to settle, fully arrive and simply be. Afterwards, the experience is yours to explore: sweat out in the sauna, freshen up in the cold plunge, or move between the heat and cold in whatever way feels right. You'll leave feeling clear-headed, grounded and alive.
