Sauna & Sound Bath

This 90-minute session pairs the heat of the wood-fired sauna with an immersive sound bath in nature. A full sensory retreat that restores the mind, body and spirit.

Bringing these modalities together deepens their individual effects, encouraging deep relaxation and a heightened sense of presence.

Now it’s summer you can bring a mat, sleeping bag or blanket and enjoy the sound bath lying comfortably beneath the trees in the glade - it's so lovely to be able to make this adaptation.

As the weather is hot, we'll be flexible on structure. So if you're feeling like less sauna and more sound bath in nature, we'll adjust the balance accordingly on the day depending on the group/weather.
