Sauna + Sound Bath

This 90-minute session pairs the heat of the wood-fired sauna with an immersive sound bath in nature. A full sensory retreat that restores the mind, body and spirit.

Bringing these modalities together deepens their individual effects, encouraging deep relaxation and a heightened sense of presence. The session begins with 1 hour of sauna, followed by a sound journey in the glade with a beautiful view of the river.
