Sauna + Sound Bath

This 90-minute session pairs the heat of the wood-fired sauna with a live sound bath in nature: a full sensory nourishment for body, mind & spirit.

Experiencing these modalities together can enhance the effects of relaxation, allowing us to feel deeper states of presence.

We begin with a short round of sound and heat together to gently arrive into the space. You will then enjoy a one-hour of sauna, before we gather again around the fire for a calming and restorative sound bath. Using Himalayan bowls, gong, wind chimes, ocean drum, and ambient electronic tones - this an immersive experience, where sound surrounds your whole body.
