About the event
Take a moment from the busyness of life with 75 minutes of immersive, therapeutic sound and homemade herbal tea. A wholesome reset for the body, mind and soul.
Inspired by Diwali, the Festival of Light, this deeply relaxing sound journey celebrates illumination through darkness.
Featuring Himalayan singing bowls, symphonic gong, ocean drum, crystal pyramid and ambient tones, we create a soothing soundscape that is both musically led and scientifically informed, supporting deep relaxation and helping you to connect within.
