About the event
Join us for 75 minutes of immersive sound, deep rest, and homemade herbal tea.
Featuring Himalayan singing bowls, symphonic gong, ocean drum and crystal pyramid, we create a soothing soundscape to help you soften, relax and connect within. After, we’ll serve herbal tea to help you gently ground and integrate the experience.
Inspired by August's celestial activity including 2 eclipses, planetary alignment and a meteor shower, this is an invitation to pause and reflect on the vast nature of the universe. A wholesome early evening for the body, mind, and soul.
